  33. We set up a control experiment at our rural ISP site one week ago.
  34.  
  35. There is so much conflicting information available, we are gathering our own 
  36. data to compare the performance of USR's Courier v.everything's versus our rack 
  37. mounted USR Sportsters (28.8 as well as 33.6).
  38.  
  39. We get 16 Sportsters per 7" of RETMA rack space.
  40.  
  41. We believe it necessary to have actual justification before spending the extra 
  42. money.
  43.  
  44. One justification is the ease of upgrades.
